I built an AI-powered automation in Make (formerly Integromat) that integrates Google Drive, Bookoly, and Google Sheets. The system automatically detects new video uploads, generates accurate transcripts and captions using AI, adds subtitles to the video, and reuploads the processed video to the designated folder. It also logs all captions and video URLs for easy tracking and management.
Results:
This automation reduced manual editing time by over 80%, streamlined the video publishing workflow, and ensured every uploaded video is captioned accurately and ready for social media distribution within minutes.
